Dear Jaena,

I'd like more info on my Spirit Guides, but using your technique I get distracted as I envision another space where we'd meet. May substitute for whatever feels most comfortable to me, or are the stairs, bridge, and chakra colors symbolic and need to be envisioned ?

QiaJenae, May I answer your question? I believe that you may find what works for you. If you are more comfortable doing it another way please try it. Jaena has a very good idea what works for most people and it definitely does work for me. I have also just invited my Spirit Guides to contact me by touching me like my shoulder or even head like a pat on the head. I have even found them near by the temperature of the air like a cool breeze when there is none or heat when it is cold outside. I also hear them when I am paying attention. Please find a way that feels best for you. Just know that there is someone there and they are here for our benefit.

It just occurred to me that Spirit is much more flexible than I give it/them credit for being. I just didn't wish to miss any baby steps if Jaena felt they were required. Peace to all our blogging bros and sisters!
