Here's how it will usually work:  I conduct my readings utilizing a variety of intuitive faculties. Before the session, I take time to meditate and communicate with Spirit about the client I am reading for and the circumstances surrounding their life. I receive impressions clairvoyantly through pictures, images, and visions; clairaudiently through sounds, voices, and even songs; clairsentiently through feelings, emotions, and senses; sometimes even through clairolfaction (smells) or clairgustance (tastes). There are so many things that happen before and during the reading; all of which come together to create an impression of something that is relevant for you. Essentially, your spirit guides meet with my guides, they talk about you, tell me about you, and then I tell you about you. It’s sort of like a spiritual form of “he said she said”! This is why I tell people that it is impossible for any medium to be 100% accurate because there are so many different channels that the information must pass through before it comes out in a reading. A gifted medium is able to follow those streams of info a little more closely and therefore the accuracy percentage is much higher. It is important that you are open and willing to listen to any information that may come through. The SessionI begin each session by saying the following prayer:
"I call upon the Ascended Beings who are fully expressing the Love, Light, and Truth of the Most High God-Source and I ask that you lend your energies and assistance in our search for greater truth and understanding. I thank you for your presence here and as I reach beyond the confines of the Earth, Body, and Mind, I open myself wide open to receiving the greater insights, inspirations and awarenesses of Spirit. I ask that all work for (client's name) and all beings be done so in Love and Light as I am now wide open to receiving these great truths and I am a clear and perfect channel of Divine Wisdom, Love, and Light. For this we give thanks and praise. So be it and so it is; Blessed Be and Amen." As I have stated, I meditate before the session in order to receive information about the client. I take notes on all of the impressions I receive and generally end up with 1-2 pages of material to discuss with the client. This process is very random for me and I have some of the strangest things pop into my head in this time before the session. Sometimes I still question the validity of the information I get because it seems so off the wall; it often works out that those incredibly strange things I get really mean something to the person I am working with. And so I learn more about trust and find that the more I trust, the clearer the information becomes. I also do a brief numerology analysis on the name, birth date, and current year of the client. This gives me a general idea of characteristics and attributes of the client as well as information about where they are currently at in their lives and where they are going. Some of the information in the notes may seem accurate to a “freakish” degree and some of it may not resonate at all. Some of it may not be meant to understand until later and can be predictive in nature. Provided that the client is able to connect with most of the information, the session is then opened up for the client to ask questions and essentially pick the brains of Spirit and myself for the remainder of our time together. I like to make sure that at least half of the session is devoted to this dialoging time. A note on predictions: I do offer predictions and guidance for the future; however, I stress the importance of understanding that we are all the creators of our realities. Our choices and perspectives are what create our future and nothing is ever set in stone. If I see something coming in the future and the client wishes to avoid that event, they merely have to make a different choice in order to alter the course of events. I make no guarantees about the predictions I give due to the highly subjective nature of the future. The sessions are digitally recorded and the client will be emailed a link for downloading the session so that they may burn it to a CD or add it to their music library for use on their iPod™ or MP3 player.
Telephone Sessions
As a courtesy to clients, all U.S. and Canadian calls will be placed by me. International clients outside of the U.S. will need to cover the expense for the phone call. International readings can easily be conducted over Skype thereby eliminating all expense for the call. Skype calls will also be recorded and can be transfered instantly to the client via file transfer over Skype. Payment is due a minimum of 24 hours before the session and payments are accepted only by credit/debit card or eCheck via PayPal.

Refunds
I reserve the right to disconnect from the session at any point. If I do not establish a clear connection with the client I am reading for then I will cut the session and refund their payment in full (less transaction fees). I will generally be able to tell within 15 minutes of the session whether or not we are connecting (I explain this more in my Letter to Potential Clients). This is a rarity but does happen some times. If we complete the session and the client feels that they did not get the service they paid for, I encourage them to contact me to discuss a partial or full refund. It is important that my clients feel very satisfied with their session. I do this work to help people and I don’t want someone to waste their money and not feel like they got what they paid for. Again, I do this work because I love helping others; and yes, I enjoy getting paid for doing what I love but the money is less important than helping people feel a greater sense of clarity, resolution, and purpose.
Cancellations
A minimum notice of 24 hours is required for cancellations. In the event of an emergency, a phone call made at the earliest convenience of the client is perfectly acceptable if a 24-hour notice is not possible. I keep a list of clients who wish to be notified in case of a cancellation so they may have an earlier appointment. If you decide to set an appointment with me, please let me know if you would like to be placed on that list. A session will also be cancelled if payment is not received within 24 hours of the reading unless otherwise arranged with me personally. “No call no shows” are simply not tolerated and are placed on another list of people whom I will not read for in the future.
